Welcome to VillageWheels! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our platform and form a binding agreement between you and VillageWheels Enterprise (OPC) Private Limited.

🛒 FreshMart & QuickMart Terms

FreshMart and QuickMart offer convenient access to groceries, essentials, and household items.

📦 Order Policy

🕒 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from the store.
• Once packed or out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted.
• Cancellation requests must be made via the app or customer support.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are applicable if:

• Order is cancelled before dispatch
• Item is out of stock or unavailable
• Delivery fails due to service error
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

FreshMart (Groceries, Perishables)

• No returns for perishable items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy)
• Damaged/spoiled/incorrect items must be reported within 2 hours with photo evidence
• Eligible items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion

QuickMart (Packaged Goods, Essentials)

• Returns accepted for unopened, unused items within 48 hours
• Items must be in original packaging with no tampering
• Return pickup scheduled based on availability

⚠️ Exceptions & Limitations

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Hygiene items (e.g., soaps, toothbrushes)
• Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout
• VillageWheels is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or third-party issues.

🍽️ Food Delivery Terms

🕒 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins
• Once preparation starts, cancellation is not possible

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued for:

• Cancelled orders (before preparation)
• Undelivered orders due to service failure
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process

🔄 Returns

• No returns for food due to perishability
• Report incorrect or spoiled items within 2 hours of delivery

💳 Membership Plans

• Membership plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable
• Benefits are valid only during the active period and are non-transferable

💊 Medical Delivery Disclaimer

Third-Party Fulfillment

• VillageWheels does not sell or stock medicines directly
• Orders are fulfilled by authorized medical shops

Prescription Requirement

• A valid prescription must be uploaded with each order
• Medical shops verify and pack medicines accordingly

Customer Responsibility

Customers must verify:

• Medicine name & dosage
• Expiry date
• Packaging condition
• VillageWheels holds no liability for incorrect orders, expired medicines, or adverse effects

No Medical Advice

VillageWheels does not provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider.

📦 Parcel Delivery Terms

Packaging Responsibility

• Customers are fully responsible for securely packaging parcels
• VillageWheels does not provide packaging services

Weight Limit

• Maximum parcel weight: 20 KG
• Only bike-compatible parcels are accepted

Prohibited Items

We do not accept:

• High-load items
• Hazardous materials
• Illegal goods

Pricing

Delivery charges are based on:

• Distance (KM)
• Fuel costs
• Delivery personnel incentives

Liability

VillageWheels is not liable for damage due to improper packaging or undisclosed contents

👤 User Eligibility & Account Registration

• Users must be 18 years or older to use our services independently
• Users aged 13–17 may use the app under parental supervision
• You must register an account and provide accurate, current information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials

🚚 Services Overview

VillageWheels offers hyperlocal delivery of groceries, essentials, medicines, parcels, and other goods.

Services are available in select areas and may expand over time. We aim to deliver within 30 minutes, subject to location, availability, and traffic.

💳 Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices may vary due to market conditions
• Payments accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash on delivery (where available)

❌ Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Customer Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a valid reason
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days

Company Cancellations

• VillageWheels may cancel orders due to fraud, stock issues, or policy violations

Returns & Refunds

• Damaged or incorrect products may be returned for a full refund or credit
• Perishable items must be reported within 2 hours
• Non-perishable items may be returned within 48 hours, if unopened and in original condition

📦 Delivery Policy

• We strive to deliver promptly
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• You will be notified of any significant delays

🧑‍⚖️ User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post or transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Interfere with app functionality or other users’ experience
• Use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes

Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

📝 Reviews & Feedback

All reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, and ideas submitted to VillageWheels become the property of VillageWheels Enterprise (OPC) Private Limited.

Submission constitutes an assignment of all worldwide rights and interests in the content.

⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh.

🔄 Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of the app after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

🌐 App & Website License

VillageWheels grants you a limited sub-license to access and use the app and website for personal use.

You may not:

• Modify or download content (except for caching)
• Use the app for resale or commercial purposes
• Copy product listings or account data
• Use data mining or automated extraction tools
